Title: Wonderful Stay at Hotel Il Nido
The only aspect I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of the needs of older guests. Their eagerness to assist was appreciated, but at times, some of the children working there seemed rushed or preoccupied, which affected the level of personalized attention.

Staff was helpful and was able to speak English in a way to provide excellent service
Internet was not free and only available in the lobby and was only available from 8 am to 10 pm. Cleanliness of rooms was inconsistent.

Fantastic setting on cliff above Mediterranean.Steep steps led down to sun bathing area, cafe and small beach. Room had great balcony with beautiful view across Bay of Poets.
Small bathroom with access to shower difficult. Poor breakfast for the price paid. Not all staff helpful. Hotel would be unmanageable for anyone with mobility issues as it was built down a cliff with very steep steps linking different areas.

Stayed at the hotel while visiting the Cinque Terre region, and enjoyed the stay with a wonderful breakfast and private beach so much that we stayed an extra night. The room in the main building had a gorgeous view of the sea with it's own private balcony.
The secondary building holds the majority of the rooms but is across the street from Hotel Il Nido, lacking some of the splendor and perks of the main facility.

I greatly enjoyed being there, the place is incredibly friendly and simple.
Breakfast was delicious, fantastic views, stunning location just next door to quaint Tellaro, taxi, bus and train, and the touristic places. The overall atmosphere was family, though some staff members were inflexible. Comfy and impressive room, it included central heating, a work desk, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was good, it was nice to have a bidet.

The room at Hotel Il Nido was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and bright, with large windows that offered a stunning view of the Golfo Dei Poeti. I felt so relaxed and at ease in this cozy room. The beds were comfy, and everything was so clean and tidy. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bunk beds in the quadruple room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The location is amazing.
It is fairly expensive with respect to the size of the rooms and overall comfort in the hotel. WiFi is not free of charge.

Just perfect stay for 2 nights. Clean hotel with beautiful and amazing location in Tellaro adjacent to La Galetta restaurant and a beautiful bay and a touristic area like Tellaro where finding a parking space is otherwise a great challenge. The very helpful staff working throughout the venue. Well-appointed and beautifully decorated rooms with an astonishing view as well as the balcony, complimentary breakfast.
